He is repeatedly recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers, and D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas. Chip also helped secure a $10.9 million wrongful death verdict in Dallas County for the families of two victims killed when a charter bus rolled over en route to the Choctaw Casino in Durant, Oklahoma; obtained a $7.26 million wrongful death verdict in Texas state court after a tractor-trailer crashed into stopped traffic; and served as an integral member of the trial team that won a $13 million judgment in a complex, high-stakes civil racketeering case following a four-week federal bench trial.
